This book was published 10.31.23, and I have been doing 2 things of late: leaving more margins in my life for breathing room (hence the newsletter pause in activity!) and I’ve been applying celebration as a strategy and an energetic attunment. With that in mind I am sharing all the places I’ve been published since spring of 2020.

My work in this volume speaks to the perspectives we choose and each one is an opportunity to explore alternatives and open a portal of potential. It is in this act of surrender to seeing with possibility that we can resource through a deeper connection with presence and openness. Judgements keep us stuck in narrow views and this feedback loop can be interrupted and re-directed. Great art disrupts.
A goal in my phenomena research and creative adventures is to go to the edges of what I have known to burst past that point with a fervour for discovery. Translating the seen with the unseen. The ability to shift and to hold more than one thing is a muscle we can build and why not make this kind of observation fun while we're at it. An attitude of enjoyment goes a very long way.
Haiku Poetry:
The Auroras & Blossoms Haiku Anthology: Volume 1
Connection is our medicine. Poetry, especially in short form like a haiku, is akin to a capsule of medicine. Nectar from a wildflower. The sweetness of life extracted. Writing, sharing, and reading poems is a balm for the heart, soul, and body-mind all at once. It makes my spirit sing.
This depth of connection creates a spark overflowing with reciprocity. Creativity is the new currency and when rooted in generosity it is pure magic. Auroras and Blossoms is abundant in this as they bring innovative and playful work into the world with care and intention. It is my pleasure and part of my activism to be a part of this beautiful and inspired offer to the collective.

The Doors We Walk Through: A Female Journey
In the process of contributing, I walked through a door, a portal. I crossed a threshold. Karyn’s vision for this book became a shared journey of reflection and exploration, creativity, and remembrance, and also of celebration. As creative human spirits, in spirals we travel. Through this exploration, I remembered the power held and the strength found in not turning away from our shadows, and the wisdom in bringing them into the light with compassion and care. I celebrated sisterhood and the magic of both expression and witnessing (as the reader) that ultimately liberates us.
You can find these treasures in my contributions - left for you to discover. They may be clues to your own inner knowing, they may stir you to listen to your own poetic wandering, wishes and wonder. Through poetry and prose I find truth and meaning, and I learn with each word transmitted who I am on multiple levels. It helps me understand and tunes me into the field of potential. In the process of writing, I connect to what connects us all - spirit/source/love. Poetry, prose and photography are both my field notes and my prayers.

Sacred Reunion: Love Poems to the Masculine & Feminine—An Anthology
This beautiful anthology of love poems led by visionary oracle, writer, and guide Rebecca Cavender and published by Flower of Life Press offers an exquisite collection of poems, bringing 24 poets together, that honor the masculine and feminine energies in each of us. Calling these energies to be reunited.
My background in African drumming loved the opporunity to engage with the other poets in a call and response style, which has roots in Africa where book creator lived for a time. It is formatted as a sensuous dance through poetry intended to unite you back into wholeness and into your own inner rhythms in a sacred reunion with love.
Since part of my personal and creative mission is to spread love and inspire connection - this offering invited me to go deeper into that intention and to share poetic transmissions and insights that encourage the reader to join this sacred reunion revolution.

When I accepted and acknowledged the desire to have my writing and creative expression published, I then chose to make it happen. Is there a creative adventure you wish to embark on? Embody this choice and take aligned action. If you wish to make it happen there is an audience out there waiting for it. This I know to be true.
There’s a lot more coming as I ride the energetic waves of exploration into the next journey. Building on the momentum of following through on my wishes to the wind. When we give ourselves permission to create what we love and long for we cultivate an evolving language of belief and a revolution within ourselves that ripples out.
Keep this tucked into your pocket as you set out to discover and develop your ideas: embody your choice to be creative and decide what you are creating, then direct energy and focus accordingly. This is an integral part living a fulfilling artful life unique to you.
